you just can trade it from firered or leafgreen
yeah....you have to find it in the Celedon Mansion and then trade it over.....i can't wait for the new Eevee evos in D/P, there's finally gonna be an ice-type Eevee!

I mean like out of all the water tiles there, only six of them actually have feebas So you have to try all the tiles

Yeah, there's like 300 tiles, and 6 of them have Feebas in them. I catch 5 pokemon in each tile then move on to the next.
