    dont spam pplz...anywayzz i'm not quite sure if u can find an elixer in a store but definatly u can find elixers hidden in routes or caves etc etc..

    Yea, you have to find them, and theres a limited number. I usually save all mine for gym leaders and the elite four in case I run out of PP during an important battle.

    nope
    however, there is a type of berry which will restore PP when used, and you can grow as many of them as you like
