Ya, maybe like NYC, LA, Chicago, or Houston, A big urban city. That focuses mostly on stealth - like Splinter Cell.
Maybe not as quiet as its - but with big firefighhts and steath combined - better than in Vegas. With more guns and weapon combos - like instead of 1 attachment you get 2. Scope and laser. Or Grenade Launcher and scope or Front Grip and scope. - Same tactics though like rappels and fast ropes sticking to walls and orders and actions, etc.
