Then I did it on brutal in skirmish mode. Wow, so cool. The power! I crush you!
Anyway, I use CE (cheat engine). Just search using 4 bytes integer. After two searches, you should end up with two memory addresses. Note, that these two memory addresses will be different between campaign and skirmish mode. So, if you finish playing campaign and switch to skirmish, you'll need to do the search over again.
Hey, Cheat Engine worked great. Not sure why ArtMoney wasn't working for me. Maybe I just didn't set the freeze options correctly?
I've just been playing around with it on the Prolog mission and it's a lot of fun. I'm getting more familiar with the way the command queues work like having multiple airfields. Should be fun when I try a skirmish game. I wonder how hard it will be. I remember trying to play Company of Heroes in skirmish mode using a cheat and it was difficult to win when playing against 4 CPU opponents in expert mode.
I have to say that the first real mission proved very difficult for me. No, that's not right. It proved impossible even when using different troops combined together. There's probably some tricks that you need to complete that mission (without using hacks) that I haven't found yet. I know in all of the previous C&C games it's been the case that the missions could be next to impossible until you discovered the one weak point.
the only why you can find which one of the locations is it, is by playing it and alt-tab out of the game to see if one of the address matches the money amount you have then you'll know which one it is.....if it matches then you can change the value and alt-tab back in.......
well I found that once you build an airfield in the mission mode you can bomb there command center and they stop producing troops.....Also try and expand your base I've found that in C&C and Company of heroes RTS's in general the computer seems to favor destroying your main base(the base that was already build) so if you find a location where you can send an MCV(base builder) you don't have to worry as much about the main base. So while they attack the main your building your army on the Second base and its by by baby for the enemy....lol.... ....also pick a spot further away from the main seems like the games fog keeps it hidden.....
If u realy want an easy money hacker, then try cheat o matic. Its a farely old program, but ive used it for almost 10 years, rarely let me down, works on most games, easy to use and can freeze the acounts.

YOU MAY ASK WELL AS YOU START BUILDING OR WHEN YOU START GETTING MONEY BACK FROM THE FIELDS YOU'LL NEED THE ROOM FOR THE SILOS YOU NEED TO BUILD ...............YOU CAN GO WITH OUT THE POWER PLANT BUT IT WON'T OPEN UP THE BARRACKS AND OTHER UPGRADES......THATS WHY JUST ONE SILO OR 2 IF YOU EXPAND TO ANOTHER BASE.......
