i was wondering if any of you kno where to catch a feebas. it says that you can catch it in only 6

We currently don't have any Pokemon Sapphire trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

i was wondering if any of you kno where to catch a feebas. it says that you can catch it in only 6 spots on that one route, but where are the spots? i know that it changes depending on your "trendy saying", so if you can tell me what to change it to before going to look, i would appreciate it. im only missing 7 people for my pokedex...and milotic and feebas are two of them. any help is greatly appreciated.
