the hook shot is in the second dungeon in the dark world. the hammer is in the first dungeon i think. you get the flute by digging it up in the dark world after you talk to the boy who plays the flute.

and how do I get to the dark world in the first place, I mean I'm there, but I can't, or better, don't know how to get out of the mountain...
