ok we have unlocked the hanger bay scumatics but dont know where to go now

Did you just do the part with T3?...If your back with your created character then go back a ways through the facility to the area roughly left of where you had your first vision with Kreia...the previously sealed door will be opened, head through it to get to the Peragus Mining Tunnels...
