Where to go next, not sure really, since the Legion Boss is optional I have no idea what area u visited last, but I think Aiolon ruins are your next destination, can get there from the village area, using the Magic circle in the room with 2 Executioner's
As for the Blood Skeletons you need the Nautilus Rod to vanquish them, unfortunatly you can't decide when he use the ability that does so so prepare for a LONG battle, or a short one, depending on luck (Real world luck not the STAT)
