Ok heres the answer first was The man inside the pokemon center in Mauville City will change color and will have different action that he had before and the second one is it opens secret bases from the games you have mixed records with.O and Chakra_chii your rigth when you mix records with someone from Ruby that has the EON ticket you will also get it so I guess your correct in sort of a way(sorry my bad din't remembered all of them only 2).
