below the battle palace, surf and go right until u hit land. u seee a lady and she says "excuse me yound one. hav u gd eyesight? there is an odd tree past here. and to my tired eyes it seems to wiggle." go down and u see a tree. if u go up to it and press a, it wiggles, does any1 no how to get past it or get rid of it?
its a pokemon. use the wailmer pail on it, and it will attack. u only have one chance to catch it, so save before u do anything just in case it faints.
