i cant seem to get the gap FUNBOX TRANSFER on the level Philadelphia. can anybody help me out?

im having trouble with the GOLD LIP 3 gap in Berlin. i spine transfer off the bar and lanch up the QP, but for some reason i cant get high enough to lip the third level
