Update your game with a patch and then try. It is also possible that the game is little up. It's full of bugs, in gameplay, graphics, and it feels like a bad conversion from consoles.

dude u dont need a trainer dl the save game with all cheats unlocked and play with cheats from the beggining or you should dl the version that the trainer requires....
