you win them in missions 7 from an enemy, 16 from a chest, you can buy class upgrade items in the secret shop in chapter 19, if you chose ephraims story the secret shop is in the little inclosed sqaure above the area with the item boxes, for eirikas story it is in the north east court yard, right over the wall from ephraims shop

In the game mostly its easy to use information online but there is a better way i do this all the time i use 1 thief to take things from chests but i also look at my opponents items you know sneek peek i look at there weapons and items they carry and it one item is glowing or blinking green i kill the guy and take it its better that way
