Well when you enter the LIQUOR ROOM go to your right, and enter the WINE ROOM. Look at the table in the corner and you'll see a sparkly object. That's the FORKLIFT KEY. Before yuo exit equip a gun and run because usually there's a few zombies outside the room.

On hard you have to get a liquor bottle and go back down to the managers room and put the bottle in the picture. The key will be inside the desk that opens up
