I had just switched to a company boss and I decided to hire a driver so I a bought a truck and I looked at the list of drivers and paul had 76 points but it woudent let me hire him do I have to achive gold first before I can hire him

I do believe that you can only hire drivers with a presteige level lower than your own. If Paul's presteige level is "76", you need to acheive a level of 76 or higher to hire him.

On the same token, once a driver is hired, does the hired driver's prestige improve over time? For the past two weeks (game time) one of my other driver's prestige hasn't improved since I hired her, and she has been quite busy hauling 3-5 runs a week, and hasn't done that badly delivering them.

ive noticed that my first driver I hired was izak I hired him about 3 weeks ago and his prstige hasent gone up at all but I dont care I have a prestige of 90 and $4.000.000 and have 13 drivers with good tuned up trucks and I have noticed something when you are a boss If you go back to where you started as an employee for example I started in montreal If you drive to the red flag on the map when you are in the ctiy you started of in there is a big shiny building where your company headquarters are every time you hire a new driver and get them a truck thats where they will start off
