Okaaayyy...Do you mean the Final boss, or the really Final boss? To get to the chaos emeralds: There are 7 rings in each act (or at least each act 2) That you must collect using 1 life. You will lose them if you die. Then you beat the level and your taken to a bonus stage where you must collect a number of rings to get chaos emerald. I haven't gotten even 1 emerald yet And yes, you need every character to get every emerald and then on Sonic's map there will be True Area 53 where the really Final boss is!
What is it with modern games and the later levels being cheap?
