Because it's an MMO and CH doesn't do multiplayer cheats? Never mind whether it can actually be done when such games tend to have most things server side.
You have been with CH for some time already and even asked the same question for the final fantasy mmo in the past and got the same reply from a mod, surely you are well aware of CH's policy by now?
