I am receiving a permanent black screen when trying to use the work bench after activating "max inventory items". It doesn't matter where the workbench is, and causes me to not be able to progress any further when a story mission requires me to use a workbench.

i hope it gets fixed soon the trainer breaks the game save i just started the game without the trainer and loaded my game save but the black screen is still there when you use the workbench is still there 😭 so i will have to make a new game
new trainer will be posted soon for update with new options and fix and help with inventory and updated option.
"While on when you pick up items or access the inventory you have more. YOu can also toggle this on, set the value in the trainer to 1, open the inventory and make sure to click on all the item categories and reset all your items to 1, then toggle back off, then save the game, the LOAD the game and it will reset the amounts to normal values. The option has been improved also to prevent the problem in the future."

The similar option for Horizon Zero Dawn, did the same thing. Turned your bow into a shotgun.
For HFW, option 5 "Unlimited Throw or Shoot" does provide unlimited Arrows, acid arrows, thrown items (such as rocks), traps, etc. It appears to work as an unlimited ammo cheat, but does not fire multiple arrows. I'm not very far in, but all the ammo types I have currently (hunter arrows, acid arrows, cryo ammo for the sling, traps, rocks, etc.) are all being made unlimited by option 5 with no projectile multiplication.

what does any of this even mean? No idea what you are talking about.
Just an FYI. If you have more then 99 potions in your inventory (by using max inventory cheat) then your game will get stuck in the interludum before you leave to forbidden west. Use the MAx Inventory setting and set the max volume to 99 to avoid that.
