That would be a little sad as the first one was amazing and enjoy the second. But the cheats made it enjoyable as there is the time component in this game. Also a little jealous since HD2 gets so much love but I get it since it's popular.
I would say it's playable but they just didn't test everything as some encounters are impossible. For example when I first played. The rats at the beginning killed me because they all ganged up on me and the second time it was one at a time. So I think the patches are more balancing but probably doesn't help.

I've had no issues with the game thus far. The first hotfix was due to monsters that respawn not properly dropping stuff as they should.
But I've not had any crashes or other issues.
I've been trying to find values and such.
The Thirst/Hunger/Sleep meters are Float. I can find those and lock them at 0 and not worry about them. Health seems be both a 4 Byte and Float value. If you freeze both, you're good. Every time you take damage it will show you dropping from whatever you froze it at (so if you freeze it at 100 and take 10 damage, you'll see 90 health, but you still have 100).
Item amounts as well as item durability are 4 Byte values. You can easily set durability to something massive like 99999 and it works fine. For item amounts, the max for a stack is 999. You can actually freeze a stack at 999, and then do split stack, remove 900+ and then close the split item window. The item will show the reduced value (so if you split 900 off 999 it will display 99), but if you close and open the inventory menu, or click split stack it will show the 999.
Sadly, I don't have the skill to make a table that works between sessions. But hopefully that info will help get a trainer made.
The key things needed would be locking Thirst/Hunger/Sleep at 0%. Locking Health at max. Edit Credit amount (also 4 byte). An option to either edit the item under the mouse, or last item picked up, whatever... would be nice. To let us tweak durability and set stack amount as we need.
I have no clue about skill experience. The more you use skills, the more they level, but I've not been able to find anything with that. A "fast level" option would be awesome.
