    i am unable to use the mobile app.
    when i try to login on the mobile app, aurora gives me six numbers while the mobile app only supports five.
    this is what i do.
    1) start mobile app
    2) launch aurora
    3) push the green mobile app icon on bottom left off aurora
    4) get the id# which is six number
    5) try to enter it on the mobile app but it only support five.

    Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

    I think you're using the wrong (old) mobile app. The current mobile app asks for a user ID and a password. The old app only asked for a ID (limited to 5 characters) and NO password.

    so i just found out. you can lock this post and mark it as solved. sorry if i wasted your time.
