If there's an update for a game let say ac valhalla. 3 people who request update, all for from steam platform. Does it mean it will only update for steam only? Or there will be update for Ubisoft platform too?

For example:
You need 3 people to get an update for a game.
But all of them request are for steam. But the previous update have both platform, steam and Ubisoft. Does the next update, Ubisoft get an update too? If all 3 people who request an update all from steam?

Or it's need at least one people to request different platform?

Because Ubi is this game original launcher the updates for Steam will always be later and probably won't need trainers adjustment as the Ubi version renewal would already been done.

Then what if ac valhalla was originally from steam. Does it need to make another request?

In general if there are update requests for different distributions then we will look at them. If there are only requests mentioning a specific platform then we may not (depends on many factors). If you want to be sure then make another request.

B4Marc is correct that trainers for Ubisoft games usually work on all distributions because the game code is the same. Here its likely not necessary to make another request.
