I'm having the same issue with Aurora in that it insists I'm offline, which clearly I'm not/ Tried re-starting it several times, but after username/password entry it shows the "Loading, please wait" screen for an inordinately long time before giving up and showing a "You're offline" message with a crying emoji. How can I obtain the error log and send it to you?

Hello there, You can nuke the Aurora folder and re-download from the site and should fix your issue.
OK, still took a couple of reloads after doing this, but seems ok now. Hope the log is useful.
YES, thank you SO much. We now have TWO IDENTICAL logs for this error. Will help much. We ARE doing our best to track this down. Your solution is the normal fix.
Wow, I think the sarcasm is unwarranted. I was only trying to help and from reading the posts, the last comment on the matter I saw seemed to suggest you were still waiting for a log file.
There was not an OUNCE of sarcasm in my post, at least none was intended and I sincerely apologize if you took it that way. I will try and word my messages better in the future. Please consider that I am still recovering from a MASSIVE health issue, hospitalization and subsequent re-hospitalization, not that its any excuse.
We were trying to get our hands on as many log files as possible to try and find a pattern. Thanks to a few members we discovered that pattern and our programmer was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Which we believe it did. Nothing more.
Not sure what else to say other than "Sorry". Truly.
