Is there a way to edit a cheat script?
For example I'd like to turn down the multiplier of a movement speed code...

Yes depending on the game, you could ask for more options.

Many trainer options especially the "add" or "speed" cheats can be customized. If we speak about a trainer on Aurora, depending on your trainer view there is somewhere a gear icon next to it. If you click that you can customize the value.

If there is no gear icon then the cheat cannot be customized and B4Marc is correct with saying you should make a option request to make it customizable then.
