1701 AD GOG version on Anno 1701 PC Message Board - Page 1

I tried to request a trainer for this game, but it won't let me. GoG has a different version than 1.04, and your trainer does not work for it. I posted this in the 1701 AD thread, but you guys locked the thread right after with no reply. I have made 6 requests for trainers and every single one is turned down. Why did I pay for Tier 7 if you don't honor the deal? I don't mean to be rude or offensive, just need a trainer that works.

The deal was as tier 7 I could request trainers. It won't let me request one. Did you stop letting people request trainers? Or is it just me?

here is what the request page says "If a trainer is not possible, the request will be denied and all credits refunded." if you want you can request a trainer for a different game

Also note we have 2 other Anno 1701 trainers. Have you tried both of those?
Chances are this page was auto generated, but then left alone as trainer was made under a different name.

And you don't need tier 7 to request trainers, any premium member can request trainers. And then it's judged by the trainer maker if it's viable that a trainer can be made.

Anno 1701 trainers don't work for 1701 AD because Anno 1701 is the European version of the game. The GOG version is also different from 1701 AD and 1701 Gold edition. The GOG version is v2.0.0.1905.

I understand you can't make trainers for every game out there, but I don't believe you are as inept as you pretend when I request a trainer. But I can't seem to request trainers at all so that is the problem. And you took my RC and I did not get to request anything.

No idea why you physically cannot go to the requests page (www.cheathappens.com/requests.asp) and then click on SUBMIT NEW REQUEST and type in the name of the game you want to request. Show me screenshots of the error, or a video or something. Also, Tier 7 has absolutely ZERO to do with requesting trainers, so please do not try and use that as some kind of tool to hang over our head.
