hello there i intalled the win 11 and the aurora app is not opening. im double clicking but nothing. installed net framework and directx but still no positive results. can you help me pls?

its not working for me either, downloaded fine, but will not open
we are going to need a bit more info than it not opening. where does it close? what is your anti-virus software? did you extract the zip file contents somewhere else?

What AV are you using? Did you disable it? Did you add exclusions? Are there any crash errors in the Aurora log or Windows Event Viewer?
The best thing to do in these cases is to open a support ticket so we can handle each case individually versus a "me too with zero information". These two can be completely unrelated. By utilizing our support systems you will get one on one help even if it means doing a TeamViewer session.

PS -- The original poster apparently got their issue resolved because we show them using trainers within Aurora YESTERDAY. But do we know what fixed their issue? No, because a ticket wasn't opened and they didn't bother updating their thread to tell us.
