  Aurora Freezes/Not Responding Upon Close

    Version of Aurora: v1.7.8
    Subject in Short: Aurora not working after trying to close out of it with a trainer open.

    Full Details (As much information as possible): Whenever I have a Aurora opened up onto a trainer, does not matter which one, if I go to close the trainer, e.g. to open up a different one or search for something etc., or even if I go to close the app altogether it freezes and stops responding. I have to either wait awhile before Windows prompts me to close it or open up task manager to force close it.

    This happens EVERY time I have a trainer open through Aurora. It does NOT happen prior to the trainer screen (the open that has the selectable options. This has happened for as long as I can remember, perhaps not when I first downloaded Aurora at v1, but not long after that.

    Any information on how to stop this would be appreciated.

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue: 1) Open Aurora, 2) Open Trainer in Aurora (does not matter which one), 3) Attempt to close Aurora or out of Trainer, 4) Freezes/Not Responding.

    My specs in it helps:

    Edition Windows 10 Pro
    Version 22H2
    Installed on ‎12/‎3/‎2020
    OS build 19045.3324
    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0

    Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 4.20 GHz
    Installed RAM 32.0 GB
    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Im not able to replicate this, do you have hardware acceleration enabled? if so try disabling that

    i also am unable to reproduce this issue. i have tested with six different trainers.
    i run aurora, i run the trainer, i close the trainer without issue.
    i run aurora, i run the trainer, i close the aurora without issue.
    Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

    I don't have any acceleration on my computer. As I said I have experienced this problem for a LONG time. Only thing I haven't tried was re-installing Aurora so I will do that next. I've avoided doing that simply because I wasn't if would screw up any settings or make things worse but I'll try that now.

    He means going into the Aurora settings and disabling the hardware acceleration option.

    When you are "closing out a trainer" are you using the "X" in the top left of the screen before leaving the trainer screen or trying to close Aurora?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I do not have that checked in my settings. And I was tried to Aurora through the X in the top left to go back to the main screen, but the same thing would happen.

    However, I did delete everything and redownloaded the app and installed it and now everything seems to work fine again.
