so recently had to do a factory reset on my laptop(windows 11), trying to download the trainer for coven of dusk,(using chrome) press it and the window to name the file pressed save then nothing happened, nothing in download page, using totalav and both cheathappens.com and cheathappensdownloads.com are in trusted websites, totalav also doesnt have a record of any download attempts as it usually would, tried to test it on edge but when trying to login the site said security token invalid, I dont know what else to try, please help

forgot to mention, tried downloading different trainer to see if something would change(risen 3) which I had downloaded before the reset and the same happened

Windows Event Viewer should help finding the root cause, you can also check the other AV's as Microsoft running in the background.

microsoft security has no recent actions in its protection events and there are no events in event viewer that appear when i try to download the trainer

Either windows defender / AV or your browser security is most likely blocking it.
They won't always give a notification. check your browser security and disable it, try the same with windows defender / AV if that doesn't work. so you can see what is the problem if either of them is.

disabled safe browsing, realtime protection for both totalav and defender and turned off firewall but still the same(did try downloading on several sites and was successful on others, google drive, 7zip and did successfully download aurora and cosmos on this site)
