I have a Lifetime Membership, and my PayPal is constantly sending me emails that Dingo Webworks LLC

I have a Lifetime Membership, and my PayPal is constantly sending me emails that Dingo Webworks LLC is charging me $10 for a Cheat Happens Premium Membership. The transaction appears on my bank account, where I am not allowed to cancel or block the payments, but does not show up on my PayPal History or Automatic Payments sections, where I would be allowed to cancel them.
