Since a few days I have the problem that the Aurora app loses the login data immediately. When I switch the app or close it for a moment, the app asks me to log back in with the PIN. The other day I even lost the connection during use (without switching the app).

Mobile app you mean? Once successfully connected it remembers your PIN code. When it has to reconnect it uses the remembered pin code. Only if reconnecting fails, it should ask for a new pin code. Have you checked Aurora desktop app if the pin code is still the same?

It disconnects you after 3 hours without activity. Click on the mobile button in Aurora to get a new PIN.
