Hey everyone, I just downloaded Aurora and IDK why I'm having this error. The loading takes forever. About 5 to 10 min and I get this error: "Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found" I'm connected to the internet and I'm not playing offline. I never do...
I tried as a guest and it didn't work either.
First, I'm playing on win 7, 64. I kept my PC vintage, because the OS is smoother with the hardware that I have.
I did remove all the firewall and antivirus.
I did the pinging and here it is:

Note that we don't officially support Windows 7, just like literally everyone (Amd, Nvidia, Microsoft etc).
When Aurora is running, right click on the taskbar icon and click on 'Check connection'. Wait until the messagebox appears. Paste the content here.

Thanks for your quick reply. I totally understand. I never had issues with the trainers vs win7 in the past. May be until today...What upgrade do you advise? win 8 or higher?
This is the connection test:

I was able to connect not only to Cheathappens website but also download and run Aurora from a Virtual Machine with Windows 7 Ultimate fresh load with no other software/update needed. Was run twice in the past week for testing by request.
While I am unable to provide you troubleshooting for your independent situation I can atleast offer you that it is possible

Windows 8 is also not supported (including by Microsoft, Nvidia etc). I recommend Windows 10 or Windows 11. Not only for Aurora but soon or later you'll run into the situation where one of your software or even a game won't work. There are several tests showing that Windows 11 gaming performance is very good.
As for your issue, do you have a VPN? Proxy? Pi-hole? Can you check your security software? The log shows that Aurora even times out on Google which indicates that its whole network connection goes nowhere. As if all its traffic is redirected and the counter part is not answering.

Well at least I know it works. I think my hardware is old and that could the pb. May I will upgrade to win 11 and see how things will work from there.

I don't use VPN or anything else. Like I said my machine is old it could be so many things. I'm connected to internet. I'm writing to you from the same PC. I use steam and have no issues. It's just strange! I have no other errors. I looked at the Aurora's logs, same story:
4:56 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 4:58 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 6:41 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 6:43 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 6:47 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 6:49 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 10:14 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 10:16 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 10:37 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. 10:38 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.
thanks for trying,

To see if its an incompatibility issue with your Windows version please download these test applications and run each of it. See if there is any difference between those:
Note that a ping does not the same as a web request over SSL. If all of them fail, do you have any other computer in the same network you can test it on? If not, you could install VirtualBox, setup a virtual machine with Windows 11 and see if it works in there.
It is quite hard to tell why it times out. Unless you have a proxy configured Aurora leaves it up to the system doing the network requests.
