On Wednesday, February 22nd, we will be conducting a
TEST of our Aurora offline capabilities. We will do this by manually shutting down the AURORA server for up to 2 consecutive hours sometime between 8AM (CST) and NOON (CST). This means that unless you have an offline key generated
BEFOREHAND, you will not be able to use Aurora during this timeframe.
THE CHEAT HAPPENS WEBSITE WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS TEST AND WILL REMAIN ONLINE.Lifetime PLUS (
Link) and TIER 7 (
Link) members have UNLIMITED Aurora offline keys. Otherwise, they would need to be purchased from our online store at
Link (unless received as a part of a giveaway). You can check your Aurora offline key balance on your MY SETTINGS page (
Link) at the bottom. Offline keys for Aurora must be generated IN AURORA through the settings (click your avatar once signed in). Instructions are provided there.
For those with a limited number of offline keys, you will be reimbursed if you choose to use one of your keys for this test.
VERY IMPORTANT: Offline keys for the old, standalone trainers ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with Aurora. We are referring to the ones on the trainer troubleshooting page.
The test is being conducted to make sure that everything is working correctly with the software and also to help prepare users for the event of real-world downtime.
