So in trainers at the bottom of the "read me" it always says "press ctrl+H after trainer is activated" to disable hotkeys. Does this mean press ctrl+H to not use hotkeys or to block from activating/deactivating on accident? For instance, I'm trying to play a game and sometimes I hit keys that activate/deactivate stuff on accident. I want to like keep things activated and still be able to use those keys in-game without the risk of deactivating.

Where is the difference between "not use hotkeys" and "block from activating/deactivating"?!

The key combination should deactivate hotkeys only. So if "Numpad 1" is used to toggle a trainer option. You can press Numpad 1 and it doesn't toggle the cheat.

The trainer read me says "To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well."
To me, that means I can start the trainer at the main menu and right after that I can press CTRL-H to disable the hotkeys because in certain games you have to wait until certain times to activate a cheat. So if I press numpad 1 before getting to a certain point in a game, I'm not accidentally activating a cheat, potentially making the game crash, or messing something up. That would be not using hotkeys.
Blocking from activating or deactivating I figured that meant once you activate a cheat (press numpad 1) you can then hit CTRL-H and it prevents you from activating or deactivating during a game so you don't hit Numpad 1 accidentally disabling unlimited health (used this because health is usually the first option in all trainers).

That's the difference between the two, and those are big differences. I'm not being rude to the trainer creators or anyone else. So, hopefully, no one takes it that way. Anyway, pressing CTRL-H does nothing for me. It does not stop me from pressing anything or disabling anything at all. But thanks for your response.

All it does is no longer reacting to key presses (except of Ctrl+H). As for the "not working", which trainer is it? If we speak for Aurora for example you can check the key in Aurora settings, its customizable. I believe for some standalone trainers its also Ctrl+M. Some other standalone trainers don't have such an option at all.
