Same issue for me, used Aurora on Witcher 3 this morning -- gave myself more than 1,000,000 cash (was on 234,560 from last save game), muted trainer sound, activated health cheat, and nothing has updated on my achievements with Aurora. also been running for more than 24 hours, and still not unlocked that one either. Running latest 1.6.0 version.
Am i missing something??
Witcher 3 has no money trainer option. Only editor options but editor options don't count for that achievement. Use a trainer option which is called something like "Change Money" or "Change Cash".

thanks, I will try a few other games that add money direct, with no editor.
