What are the different tier levels and how does one upgrade the tier level? I saw the $99 upgrade in the store but besides that, what else can one do to increase their Tier level?
Does subscribing to Plus and paying $4.99 a month affect the tier too or no?

Very curious myself as well. I had not been playing recently and now I'm seeing these Tiers but I'm only seeing Tier 1 or Tier 7. Does one slowly climb through the tier ranks over time or is it a pay thing. Just want to know. I have no hesitations when it comes to supporting CH, as I have been since '09 but I do like having all the information and I see don't the info regarding tiers. Maybe I missed something.

only tier 7 is currently available. The different tiers were from the Kickstarter campaign to fund Aurora
