Hey guys, by now I am sure you have noticed that some users (all of which are TIER 7) have a floaty blue diamond over their avatar. A couple of staff members have a different one. This was done as a TEST to see if people like them, hate them, don't care one way or the other or if we should remove them. I thought it might be a good and not too distracting way of showing off your TIER 7 status.
So, shall we keep them? Make a way to turn them off for either your account or globally so that you don't see them at all? Allow TIER 7 members a way to submit custom ones?
Just trying to get your feedback folks. Thanks!

I vote to kill them. Whatever tier someone may be is shown under their avatar already. Also, it's less crap to download when viewed on a mobile or metered connection.

Keep them, allow users to hide them in settings and allow users who have them to select custom/different ones (of course, reasonable ones only).

I really like this floating diamond (custom ones would be great as well). I agree with Nook, add an on/off feature, this way it's a win-win situation. I always liked those little things added to profile showcase (btw. Rainbow Stars should also be visible directly in user profile - currently only visible on the forum).
