Not really sure if it's a bug, or if it's just because the max number of titles have been posted but the last week or so all the options to boost have been greyed out. Is it something I need to redeem RC for in the Store?

at this point in time the max amount of titles have been boosted. You will need to wait for the trainers to be updated or removed to boost something else
