Question about TIER 7 on General Discussions Message Board - Page 1

So the Backerkit reads "NEW RANK/TITLE/STARS FOR YOUR PROFILE (OPTIONAL)" and I've seen the "PWizard" account having a TIER 7 Banner above their OFFLINE/ONLINE status, how can I get one? I'm TIER 7 too but can't find it anywhere.

You would have to give up your current custom rank and rainbow stars. Proceed?
