I recently purchased a trainer for a game called deck of ashes. The trainer was not working properly, and I reported it to a moderator who in turn told me to report it to a monkey. since the trainer did not work when the mod tried it.

I submitted a ticket but was told that two more people needed to report the issue other than me to have it looked at

I have waited many months and would think if I purchased an individual trainer it would work as advertised when purchased

the trainer for deck of ashes only has 1 update request. the trainers only get looked at when they have 3 update requests. If you want you can spend RC to put in 3 update requests and boost the trainer priority at this Link. other than that you would have to wait for 2 people to put in update requests
