Searched and could not find a board for this. Why, if I am paying each month for an plus m'ship do I need offline trainers since I have an offline key? I am getting nothing but offline trainers which expire. Do I still need the offline key? I can't get regular trainers from you anymore which work with my key. If offline trainers are the norm now and they offline key is not needed, please advise. Thank you.

Offline trainers are not the norm. Aurora works online and works with all Aurora enabled trainers. Just because you have an offline key doesn't mean you have to use it. It's just there in case you are planning to be offline so you can download some trainers to use.

This is confusing because the problem is that every trainer I download through Aurora is an offline trainer. The ones I update become offline trainers. The ones from the site where it says open with Aurora become offline trainers. Should I uninstall and reinstall Aurora? How do I download a regular trainer when everyone that comes through Aurora becomes offline. Am I doing something to cause this. I DO only play offline so the offline doesn't matter and can update them when they expire but don't want to be paying for an offline key that would not be needed with offline trainers. Sorry but this is strange to me. Thank you and sorry. 😔

You don't "DOWNLOAD" trainers from Aurora. You USE TRAINER inside of Aurora. All of the trainer options are built-in. If you try and download one of them then it will always be OFFLINE version.

If you have a trainer marked as favorite, then Aurora also downloads an offline version every time you open the trainer, if the last offline version is older than 12 hours. If that is what you were talking about you can turn that off in settings. This is just something for people forgetting to manual download an offline trainer.

Yes, that could be it. I go to your site and click on the Aurora link in the trainers which says Have Aurora Open now. I'll try updating them through Aurora and see if that stops it. Thank you. 😻

Aurora settings (click on your profile) -> Misc -> "Automatically save an offline version of your favorite trainers"

If this is checked and you open a trainer within Aurora which is marked as favorite (i.e. appears at the left panel in Aurora), it downloads an offline version. And you will get a notification message about that at the top right within Aurora, IF you got an offline key.

If the problem still exist, please describe exactly the issue / your steps.
