Just to show you Aurora running in Ubuntu 22.04 (don't mind the only 67 hours played) - notice trainer working, options on. (for some reason the image didn't want to show up.

Aurora v1.7.7 released to the main channel. Includes several Steam Deck improvements. Updated mobile apps also released which now allow mobile app control on the Steam Deck. Note that BOTH Aurora and the mobile apps must be updated to latest version for this to work.

I just finished reading a thread stating that linux would not have a future for aurora but after reading this thread I am pleasantly suprised if I read this correctly. I just finished installing dual boot linux on my pc cause I am so fed up with windows. But didnt think there was a way to run aurora on a linux pc. But if this works on the steam deck this should work for linux also correct? Or are there other things standing in the way of us linux gamers from using CH aurora? Correct me if I am wrong.. but in the meantime after i get all my games installed again I am gonna give it a shot.

THANKS guys for some great news. I thought the rog ally was going to be where i ended up. But after getting a rog ally, I still prefer the steamdeck and of course desktop gaming

I can't switch windows from Aurora to the game I'm playing on Steam Deck in Gaming Mode. Window is still stuck to Aurora even when I try to switch window to the game in steam deck menu. Already tried with different games. I only have this issue in gaming mode, Aurora is working fine in desktop mode

Can you provide the list of games you tried?

When you click on the steam button, do the different game screens show up?

Hi Ishban. I don't have no experience with Linux but Rodeorobot has a breakdown of how he is running Aurora with Ubuntu in the previous page.

    Games I tried:
    Baldur's Gate 3
    Halls of Torment
    Trails from Zero
    Dave the Diver

When I click the Steam button, I have the option to switch windows between Aurora and the game. When I try to switch window to the game, I still see Aurora window still on top but the game already responding to controls. I tried minimize to tray, it works but Aurora window comes back after a few seconds.
