Is Development Points just visual?
I'm trying to unlock stuff but it does nothing.

I too have not had any issue using the Development points. I thought I had an issue with Regional Wealth, but turns out you need to activate it and allow time to pass, then you get 50k RW.

I haven't found an option on the trainer that doesn't work either immediately or after allowing time to pass.

Not sure if its just me but is anyone else not being able to produce leather and iron slabs even when you assign families to their buildings (bloomery & tannery) while using the trainer?
