    You guys may still contact support for a TeamViewer session instead of taking random stabs in the dark.

    Hi, I have now had a look into what or how these reg keys are installed and found out is was a windows update KB package to force windows apps and programs to use TLS 1.3 and completely disable 1.2 so even if you re-enable 1.2 in the registry it will still show the error so my advice is delete both the keys reboot and then see if the issue if resolved.
