You force us to download a program to access trainers when we paid up for a lifetime of a different service.

We pay for your service, so we don't have to trawl the internet for free and possibly unreliable trainers.
Cheats used to be free for almost all games. But things change, unfortunately.

What I don't expect is to have to download ANOTHER client, for cheats.

You can't even be bothered to bundle it with an installer.

I paid for the ability to download individual trainers, that I can delete when I am finished with a game.

I do not want an bloated piece of pointless software on my hard disk just to access the service I paid for.

It is egregious behavior to say the very least. If I wanted another client I would have downloaded cheathappens.

Please reinstate the service as advertised. It was flawless, and I had no complaints before. Give us the choice, and act with integrity.

Sorry, but you are about 9 months too late to the party. This decision was made BY THE MEMBERS last year. If you don't want to use our software, then simply don't. But if you actually gave it a try, you might actually find that it's about 10X easier to use than the old stand-alone trainers. But I'm guessing you just took one look at it and dismissed it. I used to be able to buy PC games on CD at the Mall. Now most PCs don't even COME with a CD/DVD player. That's because they moved to a much easier and more efficient way of providing them. A year or two down the road and you won't find DVDs on the shelves any more because everyone and their grandma has a streaming service. The next generation of consoles won't have disc drives. So, stay stuck in the past or join in the now.
