Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi everyone,

I purchased vampire the masquerade swansong trainer yesterday (about 20 hours ago), I have received the email with the link, but when I press the button to download the trainer nothing happens. I have tried different things, browsers, turning antivirus off etc, nothing works.

According to the control panel website, my order has been processed ( I think this means, the payment has been received right?), but I still cant download. I saw on another forum post, that to use the trainer you need to have something called Aurora, someone posted a zipfile link, I have downloaded and I can use the program, but when I try to log in, it says my account is invalid. I take it, Aurora account is the same as the website and board, right?

This is my first time using your services, so I might be doing something wrong, I would be very grateful if someone could help me.
