I find your financial situation reason for swapping to iPhone a little confusing considering you can get a well functioning android phone for like 150$ where cheapest iPhone 11 is 500$ unless you're somehow getting it for free used..
Anyhow, CH is based in the US where Apple has a high market share, the app will be on the app store as the current mobile app is only difference is android let's you upload anything any time where Apple has a longer review process so android gets it first.
The iPhone 11 I'm getting is a hand-me-down. So I'm not paying anything for it. The financial situation I'm in is basically not wanting to put another phone payment on our family's shared mobile plan. Otherwise I would've gone with my preferred phone, which is an Android.
Our "goal" is to make it available to both, but since it's easier (thanks to Apple) to code and maintain an Android app, it will likely show up there first, but both versions will be up for beta testing before that if you are interested when the time comes.
Coding iOS apps should be very easy, it's only the politics of the app store that should get in the way.
Also regarding beta, iOS also especially has some bad politics in that testflight has a limit to how many can use it, idk how likely it is to be reached but perhaps make it available to plus members for a time as a head start to get a "spot" some apps I need from testflight I can't get cuz there's like a million people trying to get a spot and it has like 10k cap LOL

If you have like 250$ you could get a xiaomi x3 pro, which is android, not the best phone on the market but it is android, should be a few others around that cheap price point that I just don't know about specifically
