I'm having issues running the trainers it says to install .NET Core and sends me to the install page

I'm having issues running the trainers it says to install .NET Core and sends me to the install page. iv installed the package but it just keeps telling me to install. it just keeps repeating this any help would be great thanks. I never had this issue with my old PC set up but now I'm running a new computer thing seem off.

Please download and install / repair the following .NET requirements:

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86: Link
.NET Core Runtime x64: Link
.NET Core Runtime x86: Link
