Had to come here and find another link to download. Can't download directly through the website link provided. Just says "This website cannot be reached"

I just downloaded it from here: Link with no problem. If you have Chrome you might try a different browser as it may be denying the download. Also make sure your DNS is up to date as it's located on a new URL/server called cheathappensdownloads.com.
