First of all, Aurora offline keys are created and maintained within Aurora. You generate them from the Settings page. However, it requires Lifetime PLUS in order to download an Aurora offline key which you are not so you will need to upgrade if you wish to this this trainer offline.

This is not how you treat loyal customers who recommend your product. Offline keys should be there for lifetime because we've been there for you guys and now you say you need more? You gave us that option and now you take it away and say this? Not recommending you guys anymore. Not until this gets turned around. Your proud of Aurora, I'm appalled by it!

It has not been taken away, as PWizard explained in the linked thread below you can download as many offline keys as you want for standalone trainers. Aurora however is a new product which works differently and we've had a discussion with the community on how to handle offline mode as either we limit it or we don't offer an offline mode at all. As we know how important it is for many users we decided to go with limitations.

I appreciate what you’re trying to say and it's moving the goal posts. The site could have been revamped, got integrated features and etc but have the same pay wall for an offline key. The program is just a revamped site, it needed code, digital assets and etc but it still does the same thing we paid for with the lifetime, except now there's now a paywall for an arbitrary reason. Again providing the same features we all ready paid for.

Where does the nickel and dimming end? Show me on page with no caveats, plain and simple English with no double talk. I've had this happen several times now with "lifetime" and it's disgusting. Don't believe it happened here, look at the Lifetime Plus. People said a new subscription for features would come down the line when lifetime was taken away and at first it was just cosmetic or suggestions.

But now it's a useful feature with a flimsy excuse to exclude it from people who are no longer paying to extort, no better word for it (coerce, manipulate, back against the wall), more money from them. I get you need to make money to stay solvent but you made an agreement and now your skirting the responsibility of that promise through a technicality. This makes you unworthy of further support due to you breaking the spirit of that agreement just so you can hide behind the letter of it.

I should point out to anyone else reading this, this will not stop. Sure they got a lot from kickstarter and maybe a few more subs but when that money goes dry in 2 to 4 years, the next feature to be pay walled will come. That might be Lifetime Plus Premium! For what exactly the editor? Next maybe Lifetime Plus Premium Mobile! To control it from your mobile phone. Next maybe Lifetime Plus Premium Mobile VR! Cause VR games are niche so to cater to that market they need more funding.

Give me a break, dude. You told me you got your Lifetime membership in 2006. Have we not given you enough content to satisfy that $19.99 purchase? You've probably gotten enough free RC over the years to buy 10 years worth of Lifetime PLUS for free because unlike other sites I won't name, we actually GIVE BACK to the end users. Thousands of dollars every month in fact and around $40K of stuff in our December giveaway. Not to mention we are the ONLY site that even DARES to offer Lifetime accounts. So, are they all nickel and dimming you too since you have to pay every year until the end of time to even access their content or their "features" like using sliders and buttons to control their cheats?

I'm not going to rehash what has already been discussed and decided BY OUR MEMBERS. Personally I wish we wouldn't have even offered offline access at all like our competitors. Maybe that's what we should do, just kill it right now except for those users that have purchased offline keys and/or Lifetime PLUS to this date so that we don't cheat anyone out of something they already purchased, not something that wasn't even a thought in 2006. What do you guys think? Remove it altogether? Just vote YES and it's done. No more extra charges to help keep the site afloat after selling Lifetime memberships for 20+ years and offering 20X the content of any other provider during that time, plus adding a ton of features like CoSMOS and a laundry list of others since 2006, all of which are FREE to all paying members and even some non-paying users. We will just let one of our programmers go and release about half of the content we do now, no problem. If you are that unhappy and feel that you have been cheated out of your money, please provide me with your receipt from 2006 for your outrageously priced LIFETIME membership and I will be happy to refund it and then you can go to our competitors and see what nickel and dimming really looks like.

Just thought I'd reply as someone who's "newer" to this site but I've been around the block with almost every other competitor out there before solidly sticking here.

Honestly I love everything you guys do, the mentality of being owed for everything is ruining things in the gaming community, you guys are doing great don't stress ^^

As someone living in a 3rd world country with a crap economy your price for plus is totally fair and doable so don't even see how someone can moan without being sub'd

But anyway just my 2 cents

thanks for always being supportive and a great company

For me who has been here since 2009 and had lifetime almost the same amount I felt mine was a steal. I remember thinking this seemed way to good to be true. Pay one time sum and have lifetime access to trainers. Surely it was a catch here I didn't read or find, but no.

Then when Plus sub came and they added a few special features to that I signed up as soon as I could. Not because I was gonna use those feature a lot, but because after having lifetime for almost nothing for ages I felt I wanted to give back, regardless of what was with it. And it was a nice addition to be able to have those tools available.

Then came Aurora and it's amazing easy to use. Even with offline keys. Something I thought at first was gonna die off due to not being used by many. And because we were the only company offering them.
I for one don't use offline keys. Mainly because last time my internet died it was power outage in entire building. No much help then.
I did vote for keeping them, but only because I knew there are some people who may want them.
Do I mind it being a PLUS thing? No not really. Times change and things cost money.

CH is a company, and as such they must progress with times. Some stuff that they may have offered 10 years ago, might become something of a premium now. And you know what. They are fully allowed to. I encourage it actually.
I want CH to be a thing also next decade so I fully support having to actually pay a bit back.

@Kayden: There is no double talk. It's a matter of security. With standalone trainers we could easily have them offline available for everyone. If someone wants to bypass that he has to do this for each trainer and every update again. Now we have just a single program that makes it a very big target for bad people and we have to protect our content, I probably don't have to tell you why.

Limiting the offline mode adds an additional layer of security. For the same reason why you can only be offline for a few days on Denuvo games before they require internet access. So we could have gain more protection by getting rid of the offline mode at all or we take the risk but give something back to our users by providing an offline mode. We had let our community voted and this is the result.

And like PWizard explain to you, you have got TONS of extra stuff for free while you have paid only once several years ago. This is something not that many companies do. Mobile app, Steamdeck, VR, Cosmos and now Aurora all of that has cost us money but we didn't take it from you. Again its not about making money, its about limitation for security purposes. If we really would want to make more money because we simply couldn't get enough, we would just raise the prices of memberships and nuke the lifetime feature and simply put every new addition behind another paywall. The fact that we didn't should give you more than one reason to think twice about accusing us. We were fair to you, we are opened to you and your opinion so please don't get personal.
