Hello. I have the same problem and the anti-virus is disabled and the firewall too. impossible to connect and always the same message which is displayed "Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found" Sorry if it's badly written, I'm French and I use a translator

Seems like something on your PC is blocking it like AV, firewall or other security software.

I Disabled ESET antivirus, Windows 11 Firewall and disabled NordVPN. it always shows the same message

Open the log file "Log.txt" in Aurora folder. It tells you/us what's the problem here. Either just copy the error message or put the file into a ZIP file and attach it.

I start Aurora,log in fine, when it starts its just a blank box. AV is disabled, there is an exclusion in the AV, ran as Admin, Restarted. nothing. Running Win 11. Happened after it updated.
