Howaya guys,
Needing some help, been out of the pc build game since 2014. My dino of a GPU is finally in need of replacement, just will not put out a res higher than 1080P (doesnt have enough memory).
Im looking at the following within my budget,
Galax Geforce rtx 3070 8G Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Gaming OC 8G Asus GeForce RTX 3070 KO Gaming V2 8G LHR Graphics Card ASUS ROG Strix RTX 3060 V2 OC 12G Gaming LHR Graphics Card.
Im dropping a new 750w psu (corsair) and thinking about fresh ddr3 ram.
Specs currently are as follows. Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Geforce GTX 1060 3 GB
Any advice would be awesome peeps 😎

What I would do is look at the reviews of the different GPUs. I would also take the 3060 off the list if you want a card that has more resources

I've had a look and really cant make heads or tails of half the stuff they are talking about now. All im looking for is to output at 3840x 2160 and be able to run the likes of RDR2 at this res,
Top settings based on ingame items, id need upwards of 6GB on the card. Im not sure what im getting will last as long as the one ive got currently (running fine if i scale down monitor)

None of those cards will run RDR2 on Ultra at that res, at least not well.
I can run RDR2 at 1440 on Ultra and pull 60 fps most of the time with my RTX 2080 Super. Age has determined by monitor resolution, I have to wear reading glasses to game at 1440 and read game text so my card has some life left in it, no 4k in my future.

might want to save some more money and get a 3090 since its the current best card out there and it would run most games with some resources to spare

Thanks mate, i'll bookmark that site. Im already wearing a pair of binoculars for shortsightedness so im lucky on that front.

Thanks for the asssistance guys picked up RTX 3070TI, for a substantial discount. Best i can get with the budget available.
